450 fps should be all you need. If you have that many you already have vsync disabled. Correct me if im wrong, but i think after 200 fps there is no difference in speed.

i only get 30 to 60 in a game 60 at max i want more how i fix it? What kinda of computer do you have? How fast is the processor in mhz? What kind of Video card? If you want some good fps I need to know this information. I have a voodoo 5 5500 and an 866 mhz processor. I get a good bit of fps. Its probably either your graphics card or you don't know how to setup your olconfig.

perhaps thats the cause of the bad lag we see in games, besides bad connections.
If you have a guy only getting 50fps (which is plenty enough) and then you have another guy getting 200 fps then i bet that 200fps guy is going to appear to "jump" across the map to the 50fps guy
Just a thought, I am probably wrong though

Should be on there somewhere. Anyways I know a friend that has a 600 mhz computer with the same card as you have that gets 100-300 fps. Its probably the way you have things setup. I would recomment getting the xgl200 thing at palefaces. Then uncheck that box that says something bout verticle sync. I believe you uncheck it..if uncheck doesn't work then check the box.
