Just natural wieghts - like people - when i lft them above my head in rugby (in the line out - hehe Im not some insane person lol) Tug of war too ( Great for the back, arms, legs and neck) and boxing for toning up and speed.

Yeah I workout at the school, it is one of my classes now, I have weightlifting last period and we lift 5 days a week so I'm working out a lot now. I used to work out some back then.
